Onterra is currently working on 21 lakes in nine counties throughout Wisconsin. Our projects include seven comprehensive management plans, a town-wide aquatic plant management plan, an experimental bulrush planting study, multi-year aquatic plant studies guiding and documenting third-party herbicide applications, and a study to determine the feasibility of completing a diversion on a small lake with a very large watershed. Each project includes grant writing and management at no charge and important opportunities for stakeholder participation and education.
